ADMISSION PROCESS
Parents who wish to enroll their child must complete and submit an online registration form. As per the MOE, the following age limits apply to admission to specific classes:
Age as on 31st March 2023
- Under age children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from MOE.
- Admission will be granted only after an interactive session with the child
- Under-age children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from MOE.
- The admission process is based on both the interactive session and written assessment

Applicants are admitted on the basis of a written test and an interactive session.
In the case of a student outside the UAE provisional admission can be offered based on the previous school’s academic results. However, final confirmation will be done only after the student attends the written assessment.

Registration
It is mandatory for all students to be registered with Wise in order to sit for the entrance exam. Please complete our online registration form to register your child.

The admission process involves a written test and an interactive session. Admission results for KG-1 & 2 will be declared on the same day. For Grades 1-9 & 11, the parent shall be intimated in two working days.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
- One copy of the Birth Certificate (English or Arabic only)
- Two copies of the child’s passport, Valid Visa & Emirates ID
- Three passport size photographs
- One copy of parent’s passport, visa and Emirates ID.
- One copy of the vaccination card.
- One copy of the original mark sheet of the last examination
Applicants for admission to Grade 1 and upward should bring a copy of their final report from the previous academic year and their midterm report from the current year.
At the time of admission, parents are requested to bring the original documents (Birth Certificate & Passport) for verification.
Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, IN ENGLISH ONLY, should be attested as per the guidelines given below:
- For students coming from Emirates other than Dubai, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education of that Emirate.
- For students coming from Gulf countries other than Oman, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the UAE Embassy located in that country.
- For students coming from Oman, the Transfer certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy located in that country.
For students coming from India
- The Transfer Certificate and mark list should be attested by the Education Officer of the Zone/District/Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
- For students coming from CBSE/ICSE Boards the certificate should be attested by the Regional officers concerned.
- The Transfer Certificate should be attested by UAE Embassy, Delhi or UAE Consulate Mumbai.
- The seal and signature of the Education Officer/Regional officer has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and Foreign Affairs Ministry in UAE.
